• Dr. Dara is available by appointment only. We do have same day appointments based on Dr. Dara's availability, so please call or use the online scheduler link below.

No.  At this time we do not process insurance claims.  

•  If you should desire to submit costs associated with your care to your insurance company, Natural Theory Health & Wellness will provide you with the necessary codes; however, Natural Theory Health and Wellness does not guarantee that your insurance will reimburse any of those expenses.  

We offer an affordable cash rate for labs. This pricing is often the same as you would pay with insurance. 

Should you choose to use insurance for any blood work, you are responsible for any incurred charges. Blood draw collection fee is $25.

• Specialty labs [food allergy panel, leaky gut panel ect] are NOT covered by insurance. 

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept check, cash, debit and credit cards including Health Savings Accounts [HSA] or Flex Spending Accounts [FSA]. 

Dr. Denzer uses FullScript or WholeScripts to ensure that the supplements her patients receive are of the highest quality. If Dr. Denzer recommends a specific supplement, you will receive an email with the recommendations. See FullScript link below.
